i think that the biggest problem with this is not that you didn't look up how to do this on wiki like every other confused person does, its that it took you three hours to run down a hill and get wiped and then go back outside

Edit: and if the quest cant be done, how did everyone else get past it? o_O. surely anet doesnt have it out just for you so that they'd mess up your account so you couldnt do the quest. as others say, read the qeust log or USE WIKI. its usually not wrong about how to do a quest.

I'm pretty sure this quest was pretty darn easy. And it did not take anywhere near 3 hours. I H/Hed it as i did all of the norn and asuran areas (haven't done ebon yet) and i remember it being fairly simple and easy.

I would prefer to experience the game for myself. Not read on the internet how to fall into line.
Either I did something that I wasn't supposed to do. Or didn't do something that I should have. We were outside and a few seconds later we got shifted to a different part of the program. Somewhere in that time, the error message briefly came on the screen.
That quest is abandoned.
